To register your residence on our vacant house list while you are away please call 201-327-2700 and please have the following information:

  • The dates the house will be unoccupied,

  • Any vehicles including license plate(s) that will be in the driveway,

  • Any lights that will either be left on or are on timers,

  • Contact information for your alarm company,

  • Names and contact information for any individuals or companies that will be working on the property,

  • Names and contact information for any and all key holders and emergency contacts
